Every charity or community organisation that I have ever worked for or supported does incredible work, but often lacks either the time, knowledge, or capacity to move things forward as quickly as they would like.

I work alongside teams and individuals in this position, helping them to develop ideas and bring clarity to their plans. Mostly that means strategic input, but sometimes it simply means being an extra pair of hands during busy periods, offering practical support without the challenges of bringing in additional staff.
